I am Rohit, a passionate trainer and storyteller. I worked and explored almost a decade in the corporate environment, worked extensively with the cross-cultural teams, be it the sales guys, the training & development departments, content creators or the product developers at some of the leading corporate houses of India and abroad.
I have an Advanced Diploma in Learning & Development from ITOL, UK, and Bachelors in Education from GNDU, Amritsar.So far I have been instrumental in empowering teams and enhancing the performance of individuals, and thereby organizations through customized interventions and training programs that transform leadership skills, managerial effectiveness and self awareness.My training programs are packed with a blend of spiritual wisdom as well as modern management concepts.
